FAQ

For sale / purchase of a housing unit the case will be forwarded to Lease and Record section to process the case for clearances as per existing procedure where necessary interview of tenant / buyer shall be conducted at ACM as per succeeding paras:-

  • Respective ADHs / DADHs will coordinate for interview with ADH coord ACM Headquarters.
  • After conduct of interview, ACM office will issue “ ACM NOC” to L&R sec / respective ADH/DADH with a copy to OIC FC.
  • Remaining procedure will be completed as per byelaws, SOPs and policy in vogue.  
List of documents required should be included here:-
  • Application by landlord / landlady to Lease and Record (L&R) section and ADH / DADH.
  • Copy of CNIC.
  • Copy of Allotment letter.
  • Bio data potential Buyer / Tenant Askari Colonies.

Case for renting out will directly forwarded to ACM Headquater and  concerned ADH/DADH will coordinate for the interview.  Detail interview will be conducted at ACM Headquarter as per succeeding paras:-

  • Interview of families where deemed necessary will be conducted at respective ACM headquarter.
  • After conduct of interview, ACM office will issue “ ACM NOC” to L&R sec / respective ADH / DADH with a copy to OIC FC. Remaining procedure will be completed as per byelaws, SOP and policy in vogue.

List of documents required should be included here:-

  • Application by landlord / landlady to Lease and Record (L&R) section and ADH / DADH.
  • Copy of CNIC.
  • Copy of Allotment letter.
